The Diversified Equity performance is shown for the largest and oldest account managed by Mr. Weintraub from 7/16/1998 to 12/31/2003 and thereafter, for the Diversified Equity Composite of Integre Advisors from 1/1/2004 to 12/31/09. Other accounts managed by Mr. Weintraub before 12/31/2003 achieved better and worse results due to differences in fee structures, expenses, investment goals and parameters, and other factors. During that period, the account was charged fees at the rate of 1% per annum. For purposes of this chart, performance has been recalculated and is being presented to show the return that would have been achieved during that time frame applying a 1% annual management fee and a 20% annual performance fee.
