Manny Weintraub
Founder, Principal and Portfolio Manager

Manny Weintraub founded Integre in October 2003 and took his first clients in January 2004 with the goal of growing and preserving the wealth of his money management firm's clients.

Weintraub brings to the task almost 20 years of portfolio management experience that includes serving as a managing director at Neuberger Berman and president of Shelby Cullom Davis Asset Management.

While at Neuberger Berman, Weintraub established one of the leading track records in the firm, outperforming the S&P 500 by 11 percent a year over a five-year period.

A rigorous student of the markets and investor habits, Weintraub developed his own systematic approach to the art of investing, wherein he applies proprietary screens and financial analysis in an effort to try to identify companies that are temporarily out of favor with conventional investors.

Doing so allows Weintraub to consistently acquire stocks that he believes have an asymmetric risk-reward ratio, wherein each company's likely upside is disproportionately large compared to its worst-case scenario downside.

Weintraub's Asymmetric Risk-Reward Regimen - honed in both bull and bear markets - aims to maximize returns while preserving principal.

Weintraub is a Chartered Financial Analyst who graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, where he majored in cultural anthropology. He lives in Manhattan with his wife and two children. He serves as a Trustee of Columbia Grammar and Preparatory School in New York City.

Nels Wangensteen
Principal and Portfolio Manager

Nels Wangensteen is a Principal and Portfolio Manager at Integre Advisors. Mr. Wangensteen was a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at Neuberger Berman for nine years. Prior to that, he was a portfolio manager at Ingalls & Snyder, which he specialized in managing assets for wealthy individuals and institutional businesses - assets over $3 billion under management. Prior to that, he was Vice President at the Industrial Bank of Japan. He holds an MBA from New York University - Stern School of Business. He also holds a BA from Colgate University.

Dan McCarthy
Principal and Portfolio Manager

Dan McCarthy is a Principal and Portfolio Manager at Integre Advisors. Mr. McCarthy has over 43 years of experience in security analysis and portfolio management. Prior to joining Integre, he was a Portfolio Manager and Managing Director at Neuberger Berman from 1999 to 2008. From 1995 to 1999, Dan was a broker, portfolio manager, and securities analyst at Ingalls & Snyder, a member of the New York Stock Exchange. The prior 16 years were at The Bank of New York, where, as a trust officer, Dan managed high net worth family trusts. Many former Bank of New York Trust clients continue as Integre client's today, several into the third generation. He holds both a BA and MBA from Cornell University.

Michael J. Marrone
Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer

Michael J. Marrone is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Integre Advisors. Before joining Integre, he was an operations manager for SS&C Fund Services. Prior to that, he served as operations director and chief compliance officer for Cramer Rosenthal McGlynn for seven years. Prior to that, he was director of operations for Gabelli Asset Management for four years. He holds a BS from St. John's University.

Sourabh Banerji
Senior Vice President, Investment Research

Sourabh Banerji is the Senior Vice President of Investment Research at Integre Advisors. Before joining Integre, he spent four years in the portfolio analytics and construction group at Goldman Sachs. Prior to that, he spent seven years working in risk management and fixed income trading for Citibank in Tokyo and New York. He holds an MBA from Columbia University and a BS from the Indian Institute of Technology in New Delhi.

Robert M. dePalma
Director of Marketing

Robert M. dePalma is the Director of Marketing at Integre Advisors. Before joining Integre, he was a Managing Partner of MacDuff Capital, an independent placement agent. Prior to that, he served as Senior Managing Director for Third Avenue Management and Vice President at Trust Company of the West. He holds a BA from the University of Michigan.

Jeannie Woo
Portfolio Administrator

Jeannie Woo is a portfolio administrator at Integre Advisors. Before joining Integre, she spent five years working as a portfolio administrator at Neuberger Berman, LLC. She holds a BA in Marketing Management from Baruch College.

Karen Ng
Portfolio Administrator

Karen Ng is a Portfolio Administrator at Integre Advisors. Before joining Integre, she was a Billing Accountant for ten years at Neuberger Berman, LLC. She majored in Accounting at Baruch College for her Undergraduate Studies.
